It has other benefits, as well, such as: May Reduce the Risk of Chronic Diseases, May Help Battle High Blood Pressure, Fights Heart Disease Risk Factors, Boosts Immunity by Helping White Blood Cells Function Better and more! 2
Vitamin D: Vitamin D is sometimes called the “sunshine vitamin” because it’s produced in your skin in response to sunlight. Vitamin D has several important functions. Perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and facilitating normal immune system function. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases. 3
Vitamin E: Some people use vitamin E for diseases of the brain and nervous system including Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Vitamin E is also used for Huntington's chorea, and other disorders involving nerves and muscles. 4
Vitamin B1: Vitamin B1, thiamin, or thiamine, enables the body to use carbohydrates as energy. It is essential for glucose metabolism, and it plays a key role in nerve, muscle, and heart function.
Thiamine is also used for boosting the immune system, diabetic pain, heart disease, alcoholism, aging, a type of brain damage called cerebellar syndrome, canker sores, vision problems, preventing cervical cancer and progression of kidney disease in patients with type 2 diabetes. 5
Vitamin B2: Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, is one of eight B vitamins that are essential for human health. People need to consume vitamin B2 every day, because the body can only store small amounts, and supplies go down rapidly.
Vitamin B2 helps break down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. It plays a vital role in maintaining the body's energy supply. Riboflavin helps convert carbohydrates into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The human body produces ATP from food, and ATP produces energy as the body requires it. The compound ATP is vital for storing energy in muscles. 6
Vitamin B3: Vitamin B-3, also known as niacin, is one of eight B vitamins. It plays a role in converting the food we eat into energy. It helps the body to use proteins and fats, and it keeps the skin, hair, and nervous system healthy. Other possible benefits of vitamin B-3 stem from its potential cholesterol-lowering, antioxidative, and anti-inflammatory properties. 7
Vitamin B6: Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is used to prevent or treat low levels of vitamin B6 in people who do not get enough of the vitamin from their diets. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in the body. It is needed to maintain the health of nerves, skin, and red blood cells.
Pyridoxine has been used to prevent or treat a certain nerve disorder (peripheral neuropathy) caused by certain medications (such as isoniazid). It has also been used to treat certain hereditary disorders (such as xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria, homocystinuria). 8
Folic Acid: Folic acid is a B vitamin. It helps the body make healthy new cells. Everyone needs folic acid. Potassium: Potassium is one of the seven essential macrominerals. The human body requires at least 100 milligrams of potassium daily to support key processes.
A high potassium intake reduces the risk of overall mortality by 20 percent. It also decreases the risk of stroke, lowers blood pressure, protects against loss of muscle mass, preserves bone mineral density, and reduces the formation of kidney stones.
The primary functions of potassium in the body include regulating fluid balance and controlling the electrical activity of the heart and other muscles. 21
DMAE Bitartrate (dimethylaminoethanol): DMAE is believed to increase production of acetylcholine (a type of chemical that helps nerve cells to transmit signals). Since acetylcholine plays a key role in many brain functions like learning and memory, taking DMAE in supplement form may boost brain health by raising acetylcholine levels.
DMAE is also said to reduce the buildup of beta-amyloid (a pigment that impairs cognitive function and is linked to age-related cognitive decline). Some proponents claim that the use of DMAE supplements has the potential in the prevention of Alzheimer's disease. 22
L-Glutamine: Glutamine is an important amino acid with many functions in the body. It is a building block of protein and critical part of the immune system. Amino acids are molecules that play many roles in the body.
L-Glutamine can be produced naturally in your body. In fact, it is the most abundant amino acid in the blood and other body fluids.
However, there are times when the glutamine needs of your body are greater than its ability to produce it. Therefore, it's considered a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that it must be obtained from the diet under certain conditions, such as injury or illness.
Research has reported that glutamine supplements may decrease muscle soreness and improve recovery after intense exercise. 23
Glutamic Acid: Glutamic acid is an amino acid used to form proteins. In the body it turns into glutamate. This is a chemical that helps nerve cells in the brain send and receive information from other cells. It may be involved in learning and memory. It may help people with t hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid) or achlorhydria (no stomach acid). 24
Green Tea Extract: Laboratory studies have shown that substances in green tea called ‘catechins’ inhibit cancer cell growth, motility and invasion, and stimulate cancer cell death. Green tea catechins also prevent and reduce tumor growth in animal models. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) is the most abundant and potent catechin found in green tea responsible for these cancer prevention effects. 25
Bacopa Extract: Bacopa monnieri, also called brahmi, is a staple plant in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It grows in wet, tropical environments, and its ability to thrive underwater makes it popular for aquarium use.
Bacopa monnieri has been used by Ayurvedic medical practitioners for centuries for a variety of purposes, including improving memory, reducing anxiety, and treating epilepsy. In fact, research shows that it may boost brain function and alleviate anxiety and stress, among other benefits. 26
Choline (bitartrate): Choline is similar to the B vitamins. It can be made in the liver. Choline is used for depression, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease and dementia, Huntington's chorea, Tourette's disease, a brain disorder called cerebellar ataxia, certain types of seizures, other mental conditions. Athletes use it for bodybuilding and delaying fatigue in endurance sports. 27
Inositol: Inositol is a carbohydrate found in your body, as well as in food and dietary supplements. Inositol plays a role in many bodily processes. Therefore, it has been studied for its potential health benefits.
Inositol supplements may help treat specific medical conditions, including some anxiety and fertility disorders. 28

Cinnamon bark, as part of a multi-ingredient preparation, is applied to the penis for premature ejaculation. 35
Licorice Root Extract: Licorice root, also known as sweet root, is used mostly as a sweetener in candies and beverages. People have also used licorice root for centuries for its medicinal benefits.
The word “licorice” refers to the root of a plant called Glycyrrhiza glabra. It’s native to Europe and Asia. The plant is actually classified as a weed in those areas. The early Egyptians loved licorice root. They used it in tea as a cure-all concoction. Licorice was later imported to China where it became an important herb in Chinese medicinal tradition.
It has many purported health benefits, including: Soothes the stomach, Cleanses the respiratory system, Reduces stress and more! 36
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 14%: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is one of the most important omega-3 fatty acids. Like most omega-3 fats, it's linked to many health benefits.
Part of every cell in your body, DHA plays a vital role in your brain and is absolutely crucial during pregnancy and infancy. Since your body can't produce it in adequate amounts, you need to obtain it from your diet.
DHA is mainly located in cell membranes, where it makes the membranes and gaps between cells more fluid. This makes it easier for nerve cells to send and receive electrical signals.
Therefore, adequate levels of DHA seem to make it easier, quicker, and more efficient for your nerve cells to communicate. 37
Vanadyl Sulfate 19%: Vanadium is a mineral. It was named for the Norse goddess of beauty, Vanadis, because of its beautiful colors. Vanadium supplements are used as medicine.
Vanadium is used for treating prediabetes and diabetes, low blood sugar, high cholesterol, heart disease, tuberculosis, syphilis, a form of "tired blood" (anemia), and water retention (edema); for improving athletic performance in weight training; and for preventing cancer. 38
Phosphatidylserine 20%: Phosphatidylserine is a fatty substance called a phospholipid. It covers and protects the cells in your brain and carries messages between them. Phosphatidylserine plays an important role in keeping your mind and memory sharp. Animal studies suggest that the level of this substance in the brain decreases with age. 39
Huperzine A.: Huperzine A, a dietary supplement derived from the Chinese club moss Huperzia serrata, is sparking some interest as a potential treatment for Alzheimer's disease. Huperzine A acts as a cholinesterase inhibitor — a type of medication that works by improving the levels of neurotransmitters in the brain. Small early studies suggest that huperzine A might improve memory and protect nerve cells, which could slow the cognitive decline associated with Alzheimer's.
Some studies have found evidence that huperzine A might significantly improve cognitive performance in people with Alzheimer's disease. Another systematic review found that huperzine A did have a beneficial effect on cognitive function. 40

Nearly done with my 1st bottle
So far I've had great results. I feel like my cognition is already better that I hoped. I am thinking more clearly and remembering the things on my 'task list' without even looking! I go back to work next week and am looking forward to testing out the results!!
I've tried similar products in the past, such as Master Brain, Optimind, etc. and haven't noticed much change. With Neuro Jack I've noticed improved clarity and focus. Also it's cheaper than the other...for some reason. I will re-order for sure!
