Ingredients:

Sodium (as Sodium Citrate): The combination of citric acid (below) and sodium citrate is used to prevent gout or kidney stones, or metabolic acidosis in people with kidney problems. This will make the urine less acidic giving your kidneys an easier time processing uric acid. Urine that isn’t too acidic helps protect against gout and certain types of kidney stones.

Potassium (as Potassium Citrate): Potassium is essential for human health. Without adequate potassium, our bodies can’t function properly.

A high intake of potassium reduces the risk of overall mortality, but also protects against loss of muscular function and decreases hypertension. The primary functions of potassium consumption in the human body are to regulate fluid balance and control heart-rate variability.

Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine Hydrochloride): Thiamin, or Vitamin B1, enables your body to use carbohydrates as energy. It plays a key role in glucose metabolism and nerve, muscle, and heart function.

Thiamine is used to boost the immune system, reduce pain from diabetes, protect against heart disease, help with alcoholism and such. It can also prevent and treat canker sores as well as vision problems. Thiamine can also be used to prevent cervical cancer in those with type 2 diabetes.

Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin): Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, is one of eight B vitamins that are essential for human health. People need to consume vitamin B2 every day because the body can only store small amounts, and supplies go down rapidly.

Vitamin B2 is involved in converting carbohydrates into ATP. The body produces ATP from food, and that energy can be stored for later use.

Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate): Pantothenic acid is a vitamin, also known as vitamin B5. Pantothenic acid is frequently found in vitamin B complex formulations and people use it to treat dietary deficiencies, allergies, baldness, carpal tunnel syndrome, respiratory disorders, and other health issues.

Calcium (as Dicalcium Phosphate): Calcium carbonate is an additional source of calcium for people who are not able to consume enough calcium through food. It is important to maintain healthy bones, muscles, a steady heart rate, and nerves by getting enough calcium in your diet.

Phosphorus (as Dicalcium Phosphate): Phosphorus is the second most plentiful mineral in your body. The first important mineral is calcium. Without enough phosphorus, cells cannot work properly and are more susceptible to damage. Research shows that a deficiency of this nutrient can slow the healing process after an injury or surgery.

In addition, phosphorus helps with: Building strong bones and teeth, Monitoring the production of waste in your kidneys, Regulating how your body stores and uses energy to grow, Managing tissue and cells, Producing DNA and RNA — the body’s genetic building blocks.

Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide): Much like other types of magnesium, magnesium oxide has many health benefits. When used regularly, magnesium oxide can help boost low magnesium levels, relieve muscle and bone pain, manage depression, treat fatigue and more!

Chromium (as Chromium Nicotinate): Chromium is a mineral. It is an essential trace element because humans require miniscule amounts of it for their health. Chromium might regulate blood sugar levels by improving insulin intake rates in our bodies.

Dicreatine Malate: Di-Creatine Malate is a blend of malic acid with the natural compound creatine. Studies show that it may be more quickly absorbed by the body than other substance compounds because it requires less acid for digestion.

The greater absorption rate also means that the compound should work better. It is found in dietary supplements designed for people who want to improve their performance during high-intensity workouts.

Even without being chemically bonded to malic acid, creatine is proven to help athletes by increasing their energy levels and boosting nitric oxide levels in the blood. In boosting nitric oxide the blood vessels are dilated, blood and oxygen flow to the muscles is increased, and a workout becomes more productive.

By combining it with malic acid, both manufacturers and athletes swear that the substance is much more effective. Further combining it with a carbohydrate supplement is said to give the maximum benefits possible.

L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate: L-arginine promotes muscle growth. It also encourages the release of growth hormone, signaling the muscles to produce more proteins and can speed up fat metabolism. This leads to improved fitness while reducing the fat stores underneath the skin.

The overall result is this complex process which includes:

1) increased muscle mass producing greater strength needed for the body

2) less fat storage under the skin

3) improvement in aerobic and anaerobic activities.

Developing a body that is leaner, stronger, and healthier means improving your overall quality of life!

Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) is an intermediate in the Krebs or citric acid cycle, where your body produces energy and raw materials. AKG taken as a supplement enters the Krebs cycle, producing energy or other products such as L-glutamine.

Beta Alanine: Beta-alanine is a nonessential amino acid that your body naturally produces. Once in the muscle, beta-alanine aids in the production of carnosine, which plays a role in muscle endurance during intense exercise.

Caffeine: Caffeine has many purported benefits, including: Mixed with carbs replenishes muscle glycogen concentrations faster after exercise, Detoxes the liver and cleanses the colon when taken as a caffeine enema, Helps keep you alert while driving during periods of sleep restriction, Relieves post-workout muscle pain by up to 48%, Relieves pain associated with sleep loss better than analgesics.

Vitamin B3 (as Niacin): Vitamin B3, or niacin, is one of eight B vitamins. It plays a role in converting food into energy. It helps the body use proteins and fats as well as keep skin, hair, and nerves healthy. Other possible benefits of vitamin B-3 stem from its potential cholesterol-lowering, antioxidative, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): The abundant health benefits of Pyridoxine are capable of supporting the skin, nerves, and red blood cells.

Pyridoxine can be used to help treat certain nerve disorders (such as peripheral neuropathy) caused by certain medications. It is also used to treat certain hereditary disorders such as xanthurenic aciduria, hyperoxaluria, and homocystinuria.

Folic Acid: Everyone needs folic acid which is a B vitamin. It helps the body make healthy new cells. Folic acid is used for preventing and treating low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency), as well as its complications, including “tired blood” (anemia) and the inability of the bowel to absorb nutrients properly.

Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin): Vitamin B12 does a lot of things for your body. It helps make your DNA and your red blood cells, for example. Since your body doesn’t make vitamin B12, you have to get it from animal-based foods or from supplements.

Energy/Endurance/Focus Matrix:

Glycocyamine:  As a combination of glycine and arginine, Glycocyamine (GAA) is the immediate precursor of creatine in your body. The conversion from GAA to creatine occurs mainly in the liver.

Bodybuilders and athletes consuming creatine supplements can also benefit from supplementing with glycocyamine.

Glucuronolactone: Glucuronolactone is a small molecule that contributes to the structure of connective tissues. It is an important precursor of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) synthesis and detoxicant. Glucuronolactone combines with toxic substances and converts them into water-soluble conjugates that can be excreted in the urine. It may have hepatoprotective effects in this capacity.

Glucuronolactone is commonly used in energy drinks for its detoxifying effects. Adding glucuronolactone to other substances such as caffeine, can improve performance on tasks that rely heavily on focus and attention.

L-Tyrosine: Tyrosine is an amino acid. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Tyrosine is also commonly used to improve learning, memory, and alertness, especially during stressful situations.

L-Taurine: Taurine is an amino acid that can be found in many common foods and often added to energy drinks. Some people add taurine as a supplement or refer to it as a “wonder molecule”. Research has shown the benefits of taurine including reducing disease chance and improving sports performance.

Betaine Anhydrous: Betaine anhydrous is derived from the natural cellular chemistry of the human body. It is most commonly used to lower blood homocysteine levels and improve athletic performance.

Betaine anhydrous helps with the metabolism of a chemical called homocysteine. Homocysteine is involved in different aspects of human body function, including blood, bone formation, eye health, heart health and muscle strength. It can also have implications for brain function.

Waxy Maize: One example of waxy starch is maize, which comes from the corn plant. Maize can be recognized under a microscope by its waxy properties due to its resemblance to real wax.

L-Citrulline Malate: L-citrulline is a substance called a non-essential amino acid. Your kidneys change L-citrulline into another amino acid called L-arginine and a chemical called nitric oxide. And, as noted above, And nitric oxide is beneficial for MUSCLE MASS!

L-Citrulline Malate Extract: The biggest difference between pure L-Citrulline and Citrulline Malate is the role Citrulline Malate plays in the Krebs cycle or TCA cycle. In this process, With a specific amino acid (citrulline malate), the food we eat is converted into ATP – this gives us more energy for high-intensity exercise.

Vinpocetine: In the United States, vinpocetine is marketed as a sports supplement, brain enhancer, and weight loss supplement. It is sometimes co-formulated with gingko biloba and sold as a “memory booster.”

Vinpocetine initially gained notice because it was said to increase blood flow to the brain, an effect some believed could improve symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease. Others have ascribed it with thermogenic properties, suggesting that it could “burn fat” or enhance exercise performance.

Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Dextrose, Sucralose, Beet Powder (Color).

Suggested Use: Mix 1 or 2 scoops in 6-8 ounces of cold beverage. Assess tolerance by taking 1 scoop. If well tolerated, take 1 to 2 scoops 30 minutes before the workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.
